Lt/Commander Aria Israel

Aria listened to the female Wraith on the other side like a good little soldier. She never really liked the Wraith, whether they had good intentions or not. The fact that they only feed through the only thing they use and have no other source of food is of concern for her. But they were all supposedly passed all that.

She responded to Rhaise, "Sheppard will be notified," Putting the comm on standby, Aria sighed.

Turning to her new commanding officer, the XO spoke, "Colonel, the Wraith said yes to the meeting onboard the ship in about thirty minutes. It also requests that Sheppard be there. Is thirty minutes enough?" Aria realized that she called the Wraith by the term it and she didn't really care for it. To her, they were all animals. Intelligent animals whose main source of food were humans.

"...I thought I said to stop bringing that thing on missions." Cam said. He was more paranoid of someone not cleared finding the thing. But Vala would do what Vala wanted, regardless of what he told her. More or less, Cam knew that much of what he told her were suggestions than orders, he knew better than think otherwise.

He started to make his way to one of the vehicles, the driver's side door specifically, "Call it about twenty minutes driving. Assuming the terrain isn't bad." Cam commented as he pulled open the door, "Mount up. I'm driving."

SG-7 approached their vehicle, tossing in all of the camp gear into the back.

"Nikolai, you're up. Everyone else, security." Brian said, climbing up into the second vehicle with his teammates.

"Better than a BMP at least." Stan commented.

"Try a BMD, Doctor. It only gets worse." Nikolai replied.

"Oh right, you two had awful infantry tracks. I was either in trucks or Snow Cats." Astrid said.

"My rides typically all had rotors. Or wings." Brian added.

"I suppose I've done all of the above. Also, Nikolai, was that yet another joke? My friend, you are doing much better!" Denis said rather dramatically. "First one to the site doesn't have to set up camp?"

"...it is not a race, Sergeant. Mostly because I don't know the terrain. And Vala won't want to set up camp if we aren't first." Cam commented, his expression serious but his tone amused. It was that talent he had for being straight faced but humorous.

It only got Denis to laugh even more.

As he saw Ben out, Ian entered the Briefing Room, and was surprised to see Chief Morgan still here, since by his estimation, SG-1 should have been leaving by now, especially if Cheryl was here. But one thing at a time...

"Commodore, Vice Admiral Ian McRaven, US Navy. Sorry about the delay, I had another meeting to resolve. Bit of a busy day, so if I seem like I'm rushing things along, I am." He cracked a smile, "Alright, what've I missed, Lieutenant?"

Apart from the usual trinkets, I think it best not to reveal what the treasure might be at this point. But for any race it will be worth the effort.

Rob was shocked that Abi seemed so excited about Tennesse.  "Was only to Nashville a couple times.  Grew up in Memphis on a farm."  His eyes widened, not sure how to react to her next words.  "Ah yeah maybe.  Must say no girl has ever said that to me," he said in embarrassment.  "I've had many a horses who love country music.  Of course I do too.  My old horse loved country.  I even taught him to dance," he admitted, not sure why he had said any of that.  He had to smile.  She was pretty and dang it if she didn't make him say more then he should.

Bryan double checked his bags as they approached their destination.   He didn't want to leave anything behind.  One never knew when they might need something that seemed little.

He sighed softly as he started to paint up his face.  He wondered what they would make of a blonde in their territory.  Even with trying to dirty himself up there was no hiding his blonde mop.  Although his hat would help.  He nodded.  "Got it, sir."  Engine duty he could handle.

Sarah looked up as Anise joined them.  "That sounds perfect.   I still love tea over coffee and this little one seems to like it better as well." The baby always gave her trouble when she drank coffee.

The Brit chuckled a bit.  "Yes it is a bit confusing."  Her eyes widened in disbelief.  "I had no idea.  I thought something seemed different about you though." Sarah picked up her cup and took a sip of the steaming tea, a sigh escaping her lips.
