There was an article in our papers about a month ago concerning the Silmarilion. The Tolkien Foundation has the rights to that and unlike the Hobbit and LOTR it's been doubtful for a long time if anything movie wise would come of it. But apparently the family was somewhat more impressed with the Hobbit than they were with LOTR and I understand a movie is a 'possible' in the future.

That's good. Also a good story so I would be interested to see the differences there as well.
