Both Anise and Geldinin came around the corner of the crystal tunnel as one, they saw Sarah's face immediately and by that alone they were aware that Mali had put Nick to sleep, sleep his young body badly needed. "I hope your farewell was not too abrupt Sarah." Anise asked in concern. She placed a hand on the other woman's arm. "You can be rested in the fact that he will recover and recover well. He only needs time. We will make certain that when he is up and about as a young man should be, he makes it a point to visit you. Did he express his desire to stay with the Tok'ra?"

Sarah was glad she hadn't had to track the other two down.  She chuckled a bit.  "A little abrupt but I think he got to say what he wanted and I understand," she assured them.  "I was exhausted after blending with Chimri and I was not ill like he is." She had no doubt that he would heal and heal well.  "I would appreciate that.  It would be good to see him up and about."  Sarah nodded a bit.  "He actually did.  He had hoped that you wouldn't mind if he stayed here with you.  I told him I doubted you would mind at all."

"He will be feeling the strain for a while yet. But he is young and his mind strong. Be at peace Sarah, he will survive and I must say we as Tok'ra will be blessed with one such as he to carry our light forward." A little poetic, but that was Anise all over.

Geldinin spoke softly. "In the time you have been with him Sarah, I have changed my mind about my own future. My family I think would be far more proud of me if I met my convictions. I too will stay with the Tok'ra and when the chance comes I will once again be a host." She glanced over at Anise. "Shall I escort Sarah to the Stargate?"

"Yes if you would thank you Geldinin. There is much I need to attend to. Until we meet again Sarah, fare well and take care."

Sarah smiled in relief.  She knew Nick would be safe there and would be in good hands.  He couldn't have picked a better place to spend the rest of his life.  Sarah had no doubt that he would also offer a lot to the Tok'ra as well.

"That is good to hear.  There are far too few willing hosts out there thanks to the Gou'ald," she frowned.  "Any willing I'm sure will be greatly appreciated."  She had been a willing/unwilling host.  She hadn't had much of a choice and it might have been better that way as she didn't have time to think through everything.

"Of course.  Hopefully it won't be as long this time," she smiled.  Although the farther along in her pregnancy she got the less she would be able to travel she was sure.  She turned to follow Geldinin.

Down and down back to the Stargate the two of them passed by the comings and goings of the Tok'ra. The alarm from earlier had appeared to have been settled now and all they could see was the everyday life of these people, in the most part rather calm. As they walked towards their destination many bowed their heads towards Sarah, Geldinin noticed this and had to make a comment. "They deeply respect you Sarah for the wisdom you show and of course for being so committed to both our cause and bringing Nicholas to them. I think he will do very well and when the time comes that I can once again join their ranks I will be pleased to work with him."

They stood at the Stargate quietly for a moment until the address of Earth was dialed up once again. It failed. "Well it looks as if we have time to talk. You homeworld's Stargate is currently busy. Shall we sit for a while?"

Sarah was surprised to notice the ones bowing.  She hadn't expected that at all. "Oh,  I didn't realize," she admitted.  "I'm glad I was able to get Nick here.  I think he will do well here.  And I have a feeling both him and you will learn much.  He seems like a very bright young man." She had a feeling the Tok'ra would have their hands full.

She frowned slightly. "Huh, I hope nothing major is going on," she admitted.  She would hate for anything to be happening and she wasn't there.  "That sounds good.  My feet are hurting already," she chuckled ruefully.

Taking a seat upon a ledge made of crystal shaped as if it were a park bench, Geldinin sat as regally as you might expect from one of her lineage, yet at the same time she projected an ordinariness that went hand in hand with her ability to blend in with anyone or any rank of the people as she had been trained to do from a very early age. "Learning is something I think Sarah is a never ending cycle. My Great mother (grandmother) had a saying and I suspect it is much the same on your world. 'we never live long enough to know it all, life in and of itself is a school to which we take from and grow to our last days'. " She sat back in a more relaxed mood. "We learn from each other and in turn we pass that on. Nicholas has a brilliant mind and as much as he will learn from the Tok'ra, I believe he may well be teaching them things as well."

She looked down for a moment. "If I were to wear those boots of yours for too long, my feet would be surely hurting to." Geldinin wore sandals, easy fitting comfortable sandals. Although it much be said in her time as a Tok'ra she did wear the soft hide boots.

Sarah chuckled a bit.  "I do believe you're right," she agreed, sitting down. " It's always good to share knowledge with each other."  She had no doubt they would help each other.

She grinned as she took the weight off her feet.  "You get used to them after a while.   I just think my feet have swelled up," she groaned.  Pregnancy was the pits.

"My mother had the same issues when my younger brother was on the way. A herbalist from an allied world of ours recommended a very common cure, magnesium supplements which I am sure from what I have learned of your world is easy to find." There were some things that were so prevalent across human development in the galaxy that even the Goa'uld advocated them, although in their case it was put down to their own 'magic'.

They spoke at length on all manner of topics until Geldinin thought enough time had elapsed. "I will try to dial your world again." Which she did this time with success. "Sarah would you like to send your acceptance code through."

Sarah nearly laughed.  "I hadn't even thought about that.  I will definitely have to try that when I get back.  Thank you for the suggestion."  She couldn't believe that hadn't even crossed her mind.

She turned and nodded.  "Sure."  Sarah quickly sent her code through before anything else could happen.  It seemed the SGC was quite busy.

Sarah smiled. "Thank you, Geldinin.  I will see you all again soon and I shall remember that."  It was an odd thought, but a very true statement. "Coming home, Walter."

Sarah stepped through the gate.
